Author Guidelines

Submission and Reviu Procedure

  • Authors should select their preferred journal for publication.
  • Manuscripts must be prepared according to the template and author guidelines of the selected journal. The journal templates are available for download in the Journal Templates section below.
  • Authors must comply with all submission requirements specified by the selected journal, including manuscript length, similarity requirements, and policies regarding the use of artificial intelligence (AI). Authors are advised to visit the official website of the selected journal for detailed and up-to-date information.
  • Manuscripts must be submitted through the MCAS conference submission system via the following page: MCAS Submission System
  • All submitted manuscripts will undergo a review process to assess their relevance to the scope of the selected journal, their alignment with the conference topics, and their overall academic quality. Manuscripts recommended for presentation will receive an acceptance notification after the authors have addressed the reviewers’ comments and submitted the completed Revision Form.
  • Following the conference, authors must submit the final manuscript directly through the submission system of their selected journal. The manuscript will then undergo the journal’s editorial and peer-review process in accordance with its publication policies.
  • Further revisions may be required if comments or recommendations are provided by the journal’s editors or reviewers. Authors are responsible for addressing all requested revisions within the timeframe specified by the journal.
  • Published papers will be made available through the official website of the respective journal
