Payment Method
Participants are kindly requested to complete the payment process by following the instructions below:
- Access your banking application and select the Funds Transfer option.
- Choose Interbank Transfer, and specify the destination bank as BTN (Bank Tabungan Negara).
- Input the designated Virtual Account Number in the recipient account field.
- Enter the exact transfer amount according to your registration type:
- Presenter (Onsite / Virtual)
- Non-presenter
- Proceed by selecting Continue, and carefully verify all payment details displayed on the confirmation page. The registered participant’s name will appear automatically.
- A successful payment confirmation will be displayed once the transaction has been completed.
Important: Ensure that the transferred amount exactly matches the applicable registration fee based on your chosen participation type (presenter / non-presenter and onsite /virtual). Incomplete or mismatched payments may result in delayed verification.
